Great watch, the picture doesn't do it justice. It is possible to do the strap yourself, I just did. Push out the pins in the direction of the arrow on the inside of the strap. You do need to find something small enough to fit in the holes. I found it easier to push them out a bit, then pull them out the rest of the way with some long nosed pliers. No magic involved at all.

Was wary about this watch due to the picture. It is a good quality watch, has 100m water proof Rotary Dolphin standard. It has a screw down crown and folding clasp band. It is surprisingly good quality quartz watch by Rotary.
